TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADDING YOUR PREMIER BANK OF THE SOUTH MASTERCARD DEBIT CARD TO DIGITAL WALLET

These terms and conditions for adding your Premier Bank of the South debit card (“card”) to a Digital Wallet apply when you choose to add your card to a digital payment service. You agree to the following terms and conditions:

You can add your card to a Digital Wallet by following the instructions on your digital device. It is our sole discretion to determine the eligibility of your card. The digital wallet may not be accepted at all places where your card is accepted.

The terms and conditions related to your card do not change when you add your card to a digital wallet. The card agreement is incorporated by reference as part of these terms. Review your card agreement for information on your rights and responsibilities when making transactions through the digital wallet. The digital wallet is another method for you to make purchases or other transactions using your card.

Premier Bank of the South does not charge any additional fees for using your card through the digital wallet. The digital wallet provider may charge you fees.

Premier Bank of the South is not the provider of the digital wallet. We are not responsible for providing the digital wallet service to you. Premier Bank of the South is only responsible for supplying information securely to the digital wallet provider in order for you to be able to use your card in the digital wallet. Premier Bank of the South is not responsible for any failure of the digital wallet, or for any errors or delays caused by the inability to use the digital wallet. Any issues you have using digital wallet should be addressed to the digital wallet provider. In the event you have a card issue you may contact us at 256-737-9900.

Premier Bank of the South reserves the right to terminate and/or change these terms at any time. Your use of the card through the digital wallet after we have made changes to the terms, constitutes your agreement to the terms.

Premier Bank of the South’s privacy policy is available through the digital wallet as well at www.premierbankofthesouth.com . The Bank can provide notices through our website, via email or telephone. You may contact us at any time at 256-737-9900 to update any of your information.

Premier Bank of the South is not liable for the loss or damage arising from your adding a Premier Bank of the South card to a digital wallet device.
